Family getaway with spectacular views

The views from our room were just amazing,, overlooking the water and mountains.

It wasn’t exactly cheap,, but considering the views and the service, it felt acceptable.

No elevator means awkward haul up to the third floor with heavy bags!!! Steep, bumpy unpaved driveway not safe for all vehicles!!! Unimpressive cleanliness with neglected housekeeping details!!!

Had a fantastic stay here! The ocean view from the Queen room was breathtaking, and the staff made us feel like family. Only downside was the no elevator situation with heavy bags, but the cozy atmosphere made up for it!

This hotel has a stunning view of the ocean, making evenings particularly enjoyable. The open floor plan adds a nice spacious feeling to the room. I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel, which makes a difference after a long trek. Bettina at the reception was incredibly helpful and made check-in seamless. I appreciated the kettle provided in the room for hot drinks. However, some aspects of my stay were disappointing. That felt excessive after already paying a higher rate for the room. Additionally, I faced some issues with staff who weren’t as accommodating as I expected, and the breakfast lacked variety, with not enough fresh fruit. Overall, while I enjoyed the views and the helpfulness of some staff members, there’s a need for more inclusive amenities and improved staff responsiveness.

This was just a strong match for a city holiday in Puerto Natales with decent value for money. The breakfast staff were friendly and attentive, which made mornings enjoyable. Be ready for the steep, unpaved driveway if you're driving.

Staying for four nights, I enjoyed the stunning ocean views from the Queen Room. The breakfast staff provided friendly service, creating a warm atmosphere. However, be prepared for no elevator and make sure to arrive early for dining, as hours may vary unexpectedly. Great views but improvements needed in service.
